This privacy policy explains what information the game Fishing Lake Trip ("the game") uses, and why. 1. Information the game keeps on your device
The game saves your progress and settings (coins, angler level, the fish you caught and your records, the keepnet, gear, bait and super powers, lakes and depth reached, quests, trophies, daily tournament tries, sound and language settings, whether you bought the "NO ADS" pack) only on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
We do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location, and the game does not need an account. The other anglers in the daily tournament are played by the game itself; no information is exchanged with other players.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google:
- Bonus videos that you choose to watch (for free coins, a free super power, selling your fish for double, a double daily gift or tournament prize, or one more tournament try) – a video plays only when you tap an offer;
- full-screen ads now and then after you sell fish (they are removed by the "NO ADS" purchase).
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can show your approximate location), device information and how you interact with the ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent (with Google's consent form) before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later from the game's Settings ("Ads privacy options"). You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads).

3. Purchases (Google Play)
The "NO ADS" pack and the coin packs are bought through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or payment details. The game only receives a confirmation that the purchase was made, so it can turn on NO ADS or add the coins.
4. Ratings
Once, after you have caught a number of fish, the game may ask Google Play to show its standard "rate this app" window. Your rating and review go directly to Google Play; the game does not see them.
5. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because the game itself does not send us any personal data, requests about advertising data are best made to Google (see the links above). For any question, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
